Agencies - The Behemoth

This page offers research on the Federal Agencies done in 2023 and 2024 for my book Government: Servant or Master?

One chapter in the book is designated to giving the reader insight into the expanse and reach of the agencies. However, only a tiny fraction of the agencies is covered there. The almost 300 pages of information compiled here will give you a greater appreciation for the expansive nature of the Federal Government, and while I could not find accurate information on many regarding budgets and their cost to the American taxpayer, just those where the information is available will help you understand why we pay so many taxes and why our national debt is spiraling out of control. Downsizing and bringing this Behemoth under accountability and control is critical to the nation's future and security.

In our research, we attempted to learn the following:

·       How many agencies the government has

·       How many employees each agency has

·       The annual budget for each agency

·       What each agency’s mission is and its benefit to the American people

·       To show the wastefulness of government and bring awareness to the American people

·       To give insight into how we can balance our budget and decrease our deficit

·       To show the need for REAL TRUE Congressional oversight

·       To reveal the needed ability to fire federal employees who are not doing their jobs well - but look at their “Federal Job” as a guaranteed position - and hire individuals based on their abilities and their eagerness to work for and serve the American people

·       Address the issue of Federal Employee Unions and their part in corrupting the agency workforce.

 I am confident that the information found in this section could be more comprehensive, but we did our best to find and provide accurate information on what we did see. Most of the information came from official government and agency sources, which is provided in the research document.

 As always, I encourage you to do your research, draw your conclusions, and actively work to make our government, our communities, and the United States of America a better place to call home.
